The Physician Clinic Medical Director functions to support the Director of Medical Operations to ensure consistency of clinical care delivery, clinician onboarding, as well as supporting market clinical and financial strategies and tactics as determined by the Director Team. As a Physician Clinic Medical Director, you will have responsibilities of onboarding, coaching, and ensuring that standard workflows are performed and clinical delivery is best in class. The Physician Clinic Medical Director will provide clinical coverage, treating patients in the center while creating space to perform delegated Medical Director responsibilities.
Located in the Inland Empire, Colton is just four miles from San Bernardino's downtown area. Living in Colton is affordable (relative to the rest of Southern California), and boasts a growing economy, temperate climate, scenic hills and valleys and an enviable location between the beach and the mountains. Enjoy a central location with access to multiple highways and shopping districts. Additionally, Colton is home to several top academies and schools. With a Monday - Friday 8-5 schedule, you will have evenings and weekends free to enjoy Colton, the LA area and Southern California.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $250,000.00 to $317,000.00 annually with an additional Director Stipend and monthly and quarterly bonuses. Salary range is dependant on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority. Additional incentive bonuses are available on a quarterly and monthly basis.
