 The Physician Contract Analyst responsibilities include:

Analyze physician compensation plans for BayCare Health System. Responsible for tracking and reporting individual physician compensation based on Fair Market Value. Works collaboratively with physician practice operational leaders and legal team to support the physician compensation process. Participate in other compensation analysis and projects. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Related Field; Or - Bachelors - Human Resources

7 years of Compensation in a Healthcare setting
