**Location** MN, Bemidji **Specialty** Family Medicine **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN * The department consists of nine physicians and two advanced practice providers * Practice options: outpatient only, outpatient with the option to follow your inpatients, OB * Established hospitalist program * Shared nursing home call with FM and IM * Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available * Multi-specialty clinic * 118 bed hospital, 10 bed ICU * Level III trauma center * ER volumes- 27,000 annually **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $255,568 - $ 330,735 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
