**Location** MN, Jackson **Specialty** Family Medicine **Visas Accepted** H1B **Practice Details** Sanford Clinic Jackson is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physicians to join their current medical staff. * Broad scope family medicine practice providing care in clinic, hospital and emergency department * Clinicians consists of physicians and advanced practice providers * Shared nursing home responsibility on a monthly basis * Average patients/day in clinic is 15-18 * Average inpatient census is 0-2 * 1:4 weekend call; weekday call is varied * 4 day work week * EMR is Epic **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $255,568 - $ 330,735 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
