Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Family Medicine for a contract role in Lincoln County, OR. Will provide preventative medical care for children andadults. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, andacute health care to patients 0-100. Conducts histories and physical examinations andprescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards. Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients;educates and advises on medical issues as needed. Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitorsprogress of patients. Maintains medical records.

REQUIREMENTS:

BE/BC Family Medicine provider(MD/DO)   2 years minimum experience Valid OR License Current DEA Certificate

HOURS:

 Full Time M-F (8AM- 5:00PM) No call or weekends required Start Date: ASAP Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
