Currently seeking a Primary Care Physician, (BC/BE) in Family Medicine for a contract role in Lincoln County, OR. Will provide preventative medical care for children andadults. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide primary care including episodic, preventive, andacute health care to patients 0-100. + Conducts histories and physical examinations andprescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards. + Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients;educates and advises on medical issues as needed. + Evaluates the effectiveness of medical care and monitorsprogress of patients. + Maintains medical records. REQUIREMENTS: + BE/BC Family Medicine provider(MD/DO) + 2 years minimum experience + Valid OR License + Current DEA Certificate HOURS: + Full Time M-F (8AM- 5:00PM) + No call or weekends required + Start Date: ASAP + Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
