Join a tight knit group of providers and staff with a focus on community. Practice Details: 5 provider primary care practice. Patient encounters average 18-20 patients per day. Openings: 1.0 FTE - .80 FTE (Full Time) 34 patient contact hours per week is considered full time Call: 1:6 Nurse Triage Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.
