Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families. **PRACTICE SPECIFICS** + Broad Primary Care Practice + Multispecialty Clinic with support from specialists and ancillary services + Clinic site has 5 Family Physicians + OB and prenatal care are _optional_ + Telephone call 1:26 + 16-22 patients per day + This position is to prepare for anticipated retirements **REQUIREMENTS** + Board Certified/Board Eligible - Family Medicine + OB is _optional_ **LOCATION** + Brainerd, MN – located at the center of Minnesota + 125 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul + Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000 **COMPENSATION** + $300,317.
