Overview Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine physician w/OB to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Cottage Grove. Practice Details: 6 provider primary care practice which includes 4 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day. Opening: 1.0 FTE - flexible schedule. Deliveries will be at M Health Fairview St John’s or Woodwinds hospitals Call Frequency: 1:3 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). Income Details: Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available.
