Inspira Health has a full-time opportunity for a Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join our growing GI practice in Vineland, NJ. This opportunity is for inpatient coverage of our Vineland Medical Center Hospital, a 345 bed acute care hospital.
The Gastroenterology Hospitalist will perform Inpatient consultations, ER triage, Inpatient Gi endoscopic services. (ERCP/EUS training optional)
• This GI Hospitalist opportunity requires Monday-Thursday hospital coverage from 7 AM - 5 PM, with 24 hour Friday, Saturday, and Sunday coverage.
• Attractive block schedule of 7 days on / 7 days off
• The position is for inpatient consultative service
• The inpatient GI team includes a dedicated NP and rotating internal medicine/surgery residents

MAJOR FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, provider safe and quality medical care and direct services to Inspira patients. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to assess, plan, care for, and provide services per Inspira standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Medical Doctorate Degree. Successful completion of a residency program accredited by ACGME or AOA. Board Certification or Board Eligibility provided Board Certification is obtained within two years.Certifications/ Licensure:
