Kelsey Seybold is seeking a physician for outpatient office evaluation and management of patients with spinal problems and musculoskeletal ailments. Provider will manage acute and chronic neck and back problems along with stable pain management. Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic shoulder, hip, and knee problems will be part of the practice.

Kelsey provides an extremely collegial atmosphere with radiology, interventional pain management, physical therapy, and surgical backup.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years experience is encouraged but not mandatory

EDUCATION:

Graduate of an approved PM&R or Anesthesia training program in the United States.  Board Certified in the subspecialty of pain Board Certified in the subspecialty of addiction medicine

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION:

Licensed in the State of Texas.  Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
