The Physician Liaison is responsible for managing all aspects of relations between McLaren and the physicians utilizing McLaren, including physician recruitment. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Acts as a liaison between physicians, physician offices and McLaren Radiology. + Manages in house orientation programs for new physicians. + Identifies, develops and implements strategies for recruiting physicians. **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience required + Minimum of three years experience with physician interaction/relation building in healthcare marketing, recruitment and planning required. + Ability to communicate with individuals both within and outside the organization. + General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. **Preferred:** + Master’s degree **Nicotine Testing -** To provide a safe, healthy environment for our patients, employees and visitors, as of February 1, 2013 McLaren no longer hires individuals who use nicotine and will conduct nicotine testing during the pre-employment process.
