Description & Highlights
Community Physician Network is currently seeking a board eligible or board-certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained physician to practice Urgent Care in our MedCheck clinics.

Outpatient urgent care only Seven clinics throughout Indianapolis and surrounding area Clinics are open from 9:00am – 9:00pm Electronic Medical Record System (Epic) Lab and imaging services onsite Competitive compensation and benefit package

Licensure & Certifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine  Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
