Physician OBGYN: Welcome to Central Maine Medical Center Obstetrics and Gynecology! We are excited for your interest and are seeking a BE/BC Obstetrician and Gynecologist to join our team. Our group of OB/Gyn physicians and Midwives are the sole providers of Women's Health in the greater Lewiston/Auburn community. We are looking for an additional OB/GYN to help us provide excellent OB care to our growing and diverse patient population. Our Labor and Delivery unit delivers infants from 34 weeks gestation with approximately 900+ births/year. We offer 24/7 prompt Anesthesia support as well as in-house Pediatric Hospitalists, who attend all high risk deliveries and staff our Level II NICU. Our Labor and Delivery unit has maintained a focus on positive collaboration among all staff to provide the best care for our patients. We work closely with our Maternal Fetal Medicine colleagues at Maine Medical Center in Portland with management of high risk patients. We have a very busy and growing surgical practice which includes the gamut of benign gynecological surgeries and robotics are available. In addition, we have a GYN oncologist consultant available for surgical cases when indicated. Our OB/GYN position offers exposure to exciting cases and opportunities to learn and refine skills. We are a growing healthcare system and are looking for a physician interested in making a positive impact in our community.
