**Location** MN, Thief River Falls **Specialty** OB/GYN **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Health is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic BC/BE Obstetric/Gynecologist to practice in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. * Department is currently made up of two experienced board certified physicians and one experienced nurse practitioner * Busy practice - 20-25 outpatients per weekday * Practice is approximately 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology * Several Family Medicine physicians with the multi-specialty group practice also perform OB along with two OBGYNS to support this practice * 200-300 births per year * Block OR time available * Each OB/Gyn provider is assigned a nurse, office and two exam rooms * Call is expected to be 1:3 **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $318,865 - $412,649 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
