* No after hours call responsibility and no weekend hours. *

FTE: .01, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday

Physician Salary Range - Min $132.05 - Max $132.05 / Hour

Requirements

Minimum two years experience in Occupational Medicine or related specialty Board certified/eligible at time of employment Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
