Growing together.** **Position Details:** + Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm schedule; outpatient only + Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit package including medical malpractice coverage and tail policy, generous PTO and holidays, CME time and dollars, medical, dental and vision benefits, company paid life insurance, and bonus potential **Primary Responsibilities:** + Manageable patient load with 30 minutes allotted per patient + Managing and treating complex wounds from head to toe + Educating and working in collaboration with PCP’s and/or urgent care providers to prevent unnecessary ED transfers You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + Board Certified MD/DO or APRN/PA-C active and unrestricted license + Active CA Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment + Ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in wound care + Will also consider clinicians from a surgical, emergency medicine, urgent care or inpatient environment who are looking to have a more manageable schedule or willing to learn about wound care and performing serial debridement services **California Residents Only:** The salary range for this role is $122,819 to $152,284 annually. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
