Requirements

Completion of a Pediatric Cardiology fellowshipBoard certified/eligible at time of employmentLicensed in the state of WA by the time of employmentDEA, NPI & prescriptive authorityCurrent BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
