Our robust and expanding pediatric services include a Level III NICU, a general pediatric unit, and a vibrant birthing center, all of which are undergoing significant remodeling and expansion to enhance patient care and experience. Essentia Health is deeply committed to elevating pediatric healthcare by assembling a specialized pediatric hospitalist team to meet the unique needs of our region’s children. PRACTICE SPECIFICS + Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric cardiology care in a supportive environment + Deliver specialized procedural care for NICU patients. + Work within Essentia Health Fargo, a 131-bed hospital featuring a state-of-the-art NICU transitioning to 14 private rooms + Contribute to approximately 550 annual pediatric admissions. + Expand your professional impact through outreach opportunities within the regional network. + Enjoy fulfilling teaching opportunities with medical students, residents, and nurse practitioner students. **REQUIREMENTS** + Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Pediatric Cardiology. + A passion for delivering exceptional care to pediatric patients and their families **LOCATION** + Centrally positioned at the vibrant border of North Dakota and Minnesota. + A short 3.5-hour drive west of Minneapolis/St. Paul, providing easy access to metropolitan amenities. + Fargo-Moorhead is a thriving community with a population of over 200,000, offering a high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities. + Regional service area supported by 27 clinics and 5 hospitals ensures collaboration and patient continuity. **COMPENSATION** + $350,000.
