Description The Physician Recruiter coordinates the recruitment and hiring/orientation of physicians, mid-levels, (NP/PA) and staff/allied healthcare positions to meet the patient care needs of Emory HealthcareDevelops strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organizationPartners with operations to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with Emory Healthcare's goals and objectivesManages physician recruitment and hiring processes for The Emory Clinic and favorably presents the practices and delivers quality candidates, matching hiring needs in a cost-effective, proactive and responsive mannerSupports practice communication needs and acts as a liaison between and among physicians, candidates, and administrative leadership

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in business administration or related fieldFive (5) years of directly related professional work experienceExperience in Human Resources or Recruitment preferredEducation and experience may be considered in lieu of degreeKnowledge of physician practice strategies for growthPlanning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage many different projects at onceDemonstrated effective interpersonal skills
