Key Responsibilities:
Manage the physician recruitment database and generate candidate leads.Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, travel, and community tours.Liaise between hiring, credentialing, and onboarding processes.Assist with physician relocation and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians through engagement and support.Participate in marketing and business development efforts to foster growth.Report recruitment activities to Senior Leadership and the Board.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing or a related area of graduate study preferred.
Licensure: Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator is desired.
Experience: 3 – 5 years' experience in healthcare, of which at least 1 year in physician services, physician recruitment and/or physician practice management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and data analysis skills is required.
