Responsibilities

As a Physician Recruiter, you will recruit qualified Physicians and Advance Practice Providers (APP) for Ascension Medical Group. Please note this is an on-site/hybrid position and will require travel throughout the Milwaukee and Racine Wisconsin area.

 

Responsibilities include:

Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and the hiring team, providing timely feedback and support.Attend in person interviews with the candidate.Communicates with leaders and stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and candidate statusComplies with employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring activities.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred3+ years Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple demanding positions and prioritize as appropriateExcellent time management and organizational skillsSharp attention to detailProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
