Make an Impact! In coordination with the AVP of Talent Acquisition and the President of Main Line Healthcare, you’ll actively identify and source targeted physicians in training and in practice, using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods to engage talent. Following the full cycle of recruitment, you will screen candidates to ensure they are a fit for the organization and the role. You’ll lean heavily on creating solid working relationships with all key stakeholders within each service line so you’ll be able to deliver top talent to the organization, and act as a consultant to the hiring team. You will also have an active role in developing recruiting relationships with residency and fellowship programs, etc. in areas of responsibility, you’ll represent Main Line Health at association meetings, career fairs and physician training programs, and you’ll use your strategic sourcing skills to execute on a local, regional, and national recruiting strategy for your service lines of focus.Develop and Grow your Career! Position: Talent Acquisition Partner, Physician Recruitment
Shift: Fulltime, 40hrs per Week - days with occasional off hours engagements like career events, networking dinners, etc.
Experience:
1. A minimum of five years of proven successful physician recruitment or comparable experience.
2. Ability to work as a member of a team. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. High degree of judgment and independent decision-making with regard to the analysis of applicant credentials. The ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong organization and problem-solving skills. The ability to interact effectively with physicians, colleagues, and administrative personnel.
3. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel and sourcing systems/databases.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields: human resources, marketing, public relations, or business administration preferred or demonstrated commensurate physician recruitment experience.
