The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for establishing, building and maintaining strategic relationships between physicians and their office staff and hospital administration. Responsible for promoting and marketing AdventHealth (FH) programs and services to physicians and their office staf

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Effective in maintaining and growing business to FH from physicians as indicated in volume reports. Stays within allocated budget, appropriately manages and reports timely in budget spreadsheet.

Responds quickly to issues identified by physicians, skillfully communicating to the appropriate administrator(s), and responds back to the physician.

Implements strategic physician marketing plans and strategies, understanding profitability, sets appropriate tracking mechanisms and demonstrates positive ROI. Works with strategically identified physicians to facilitate introductions to physicians and/or hospital programs and services with a focus on building FH’s business. Successful in securing face-to-face meetings with physicians or key decision-makers in practices.

Is persistent in overcoming objections, while identifying and following through with opportunities. Assist with the development, distributes and communication of key information as directed by hospital administration. Articulates issues facing departments, which can impact marketability and have the ability to suggest potential solutions.

Maintains and grows accurate knowledge of current trends in the healthcare market and physician arena. Tracks key visits, blitzes, opportunities and issues in Sales Logix weekly and syncs data weekly. Completes event reports, including ROI for each event, and provides to CHN administration on a quarterly basis.

Works with CHN counterparts and direct to consumer marketing rep as a team. Maintains the confidentiality of employees, patients, administration and medical staff information.

At Apopka campus, position interacts with consumers in the same way as physicians and implements the consumer marketing strategies

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:· Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to think critically and strategically· Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy· Ability to implements initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision, multi-task and take direction in a matrixed work environment· Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales· General knowledge of computer hardware and softwareKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:·Experience working in the hospitality industryEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:· Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Health Science or comparable, relevant experience.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:· One to three years healthcare or sales experience· Bachelor’s degree, Master of Business Administration degree, or Master of Healthcare Administration degreeLICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:· Florida Class “E” driver’s license and driving record in accordance with FH policy.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:· Registered nurse, respiratory therapist, or other allied health professional credential highly preferred
