Purpose of the Physician Recruitment Specialist:
Position will work closely with the 4 physician recruiters to schedule and plan physician and APP site visits and interviews.  This will include developing itineraries, scheduling flights and hotels, ordering catering, etc.  Respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service or assistance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain excellent relationships between Project Specialist and department administrators, site administrators, practice manager, and other users. Populate existing data fields; oversee design of new data fields as needed. Oversee all aspects of Physician Services Division Clinical sites database, including data updating, utilization, reporting. Initiate relationships with other business units to maximize effectiveness of database. Serve as liaison between Senior Physician Services Division Management, departmental and ISD representative, database developers. Respond to business/reporting requests by Senior Management Staff, clinical departments and practices. Serve as a liaison between the Physician Services Senior Management staff and key client users as required.
