Under the direction of the CAO, this position will provide professional support to the physician practice functions. The position requires independent thinking; a desire to work in collaboration with a high functioning team, strict confidence in dealing with physician compensation, benefit packages and other governance issues. Coordinates physician on-boarding process throughout the state, prepares new hire employment contacts/legal documents, and coordinates all aspects of on-boarding processes. Additionally, this position is responsible for coordination of Risk Management Administration and will assist the CAO with Physician Benefit Plan and Compensation Analysis and communication. Responsible for interacting and working with community physicians, medical groups, and their office personnel to promote, maintain and build positive relationships.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Or A high school diploma/GED with equivalent and relevant work experience. Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 5 years Progressive healthcare environment required, which must include previous Risk Management, Physician Credentialing and Benefit Plan Design experience. Medical Group Practice experience.Preferred qualifications:
