Position Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our Community Worksite Care Clinics team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide outpatient primary care and occupational medicine to Community Health Network employees. We are looking for a physician who has a strong, team-oriented approach and a history of stable employment or training. 

•       Outpatient primary care and occupational medicine focus.

•       Primary location at Community Hospital North, with occasional travel to Worksite Care Clinics around Indianapolis.

•       No call responsibilities after clinic hours.

•       No weekends required.

•       EMR system: Epic.

 Licensure & Certifications

•       Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, IM/Peds, or Emergency Medicine.

•       Occupational Medicine experience preferred.

•       Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.

•       Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification required.
