If so, we have an immediate opening in an addiction treatment center that just might be the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: · Provide comprehensive care to patients with substance use disorders, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. · Conducting patient assessments to evaluate addiction severity, medical history, and co-occurring conditions, · Developing personalized treatment plans, providing counseling and education to patients and their families regarding addiction, recovery, and harm reduction, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address holistic patient needs · Prescribe medications (e.g., buprenorphine, naloxone) for opioid use disorder and manage medication-assisted treatment. Qualifications: + Licensure: NY Physician (MD/DO) Licensure + Certifications: DEA + Experience: 1 year in a relevant field preferred Schedule: + Monday to Friday, 8am to 430pm (some flexibility) + No on-call or callback duties.
