Job Description SummaryGE HealthCare Medical Imaging Segment located at Haifa is looking for Physics Engineer to join our Image Quality – Physics team.

The Physicist position works in close collaboration with the GE Healthcare Engineering team, research sites, and clinical partners to develop new product applications and support ongoing activities.

Essential Responsibilities: Duties include (but are not limited to):

Combining knowledge of physics to deliver new products based on gamma detection technologyImplement system knowledge and multidisciplinary knowledge to optimize detection performance.Working with customers in a strong research collaboration environmentUse broad expertise in physics to help resolve urgent issues and support product & Marketing with current and future Nuclear Medicine productsEvaluating and extending new concepts as well as providing innovation which can be developed into new product advantages.

Qualifications/Requirements:

·  PhD in Physics

Strong physicist from familiar universityRelevant work experienceStrong communication capabilities and Fluent EnglishExperimental Physicist – advantageDemonstrated record of innovation in regulated area - Advantage
