In this role, you will provide support within the Product Industrialization (PI) Construction Group to achieve factory goals for safety, waste and production. Assist with introduction of new Tire products to the shop floor.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
+ Ensure introduction of new tire constructions and processes from trial to production stage under construction of the manufacturing process/process capability and practicality in serial production.
+ Develop and publish tire assembly and processing specifications and related standard practices and work instructions.
+ Examine and assure that assigned tires meet all dimensional, durability, and other pertinent engineering standards.
+ Process ETO's specifications and distribute to all the departments involved according to the 10-4-1 contract in order to achieve the objectives of efficiency, quality and productivity.
+ Coordinate and support for introduction in time of new tire constructions and processes from ETO to production with consideration of manufacturing process, quality and cost aspects.
+ Proposal for new product improvement measures (PIP) items for Construction, Process and Technology.
+ Active shopfloor presence and engagement on daily operational topics in CBT teams (stock preparation and TB).
+ Monitor classified defects and recommends/initiates solutions to solve such defects.
+ Prepare and coordinate the introduction of New RNs with all departments involved for assure that will be done on time.
+ Make a follow up and collect the information required for the plant round table, for new RNs during the limited production phase, in order to get the plant sign off on time.
+ Participation in company projects (local, R&D, other plants, central functions....)
+ Support Production and Quality in trouble shooting
+ Monitor engineering variance and tire weight variance and recommends/implements countermeasures to control costs.
+ Lead Process improvement activities using Experience and Project Management skills
+ Ensure good quality of GUTS tires specification (Issuance, update and maintenance)
+ Make Reports of ETOs tires, according to internal and external requirements.
+ Close cooperation with Supervisor, PI-Mat, PI-Curing and related plant's departments and R&D
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
+ At least 2 years experience in Manufacturing environment
+ Strong Communication and Analytical skills
