Description We are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including processing legal documents, maintaining client communication, and preparing for trials. Responsibilities: • Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions with accuracy. • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, counsel, experts, and courts. • Oversee the auditing of case expenses including medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, and subrogation liens. • Ensure accurate maintenance of case management data in FileVine. • Assist in trial preparation and the creation of trial documents. • Exhibit proficiency in personal injury law, particularly cases involving motor vehicle collisions. • Maintain an understanding of common deadlines and protocols in personal injury litigation. • Possess experience in handling trucking-related cases, though not mandatory. • Utilize skills in Calendar Management, Claim Administration, Personal Injury Litigation, Drafting Legal Documents, and Trial Preparation.
