PIA P&C Service Associate (Tier II)
Description We are in search of a PIA P& C Service Associate (Tier II) to join our team in Rochester, New York. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the insurance industry. As a PIA P& C Service Associate (Tier II), you will be expected to provide advanced customer service and support, maintain detailed knowledge of our product suite, and handle client inquiries effectively. Responsibilities: • Provide superior customer service and support to both internal staff and external clients • Maintain comprehensive knowledge about the suite of insurance products offered by the company • Assist clients in using technical products by answering questions and resolving issues • Conduct research and analysis to resolve product and service issues • Manage and maintain professional relations with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction • Utilize multiple software applications along with carrier and bureau websites to respond to all client inquiries • Keep abreast of all changes pertaining to various internal product offerings, regulatory changes, policy changes, and insurance industry developments • Respond to inbound calls and place outbound calls as necessary for the business unit • Record all internal and external communication accurately • Develop enhancements to existing processes and procedures and make necessary recommendations to management. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service and Client Relations • Experience in Reporting and Research Analysis • Familiarity with Insurance, specifically Property and Worker's Compensation Claim • Skill in Answering Inbound Calls and handling Inbound Outbound Calls • Knowledge of Procedures and Policy Enhancement • Experience with HRIS System and Paychex software • Ability to work within specified Business Unit • Familiarity with Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) • Experience in using Software Application and Websites for work processes • Knowledge of Bonds and Insurance Carrier • Ability to manage External Communication effectively • Training skills to guide others.
