PIA P&C Specialist I - New Business Operations (Tier II)
Description We are seeking a PIA P& C Specialist I - New Business Operations (Tier II) to join our team in ROCHESTER, New York. This role involves managing new and existing insurance accounts, ensuring the security of confidential client information, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Prioritize and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. • Establish new account setup and handle all paperwork related to the creation and maintenance of new or existing accounts for various insurance lines. • Uphold the accuracy and integrity of clients' financial and insurance transactions to ensure client satisfaction. • Guarantee compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations by maintaining required documents and records. • Provide necessary documentation to states and federal insurance agencies as well as our insurance partners as required. • Respond to inbound inquiries and place outbound calls or emails to clients, insurance partners, and other offices as necessary. • Use multiple computer software applications and carrier and bureau websites to set up new insurance policies and respond to all client inquiries. • Maintain accurate recording of all internal and external communications for the accurate and timely setup, service and maintenance of new or existing insurance accounts. • Demonstrate knowledge of payroll generated reports and charges as they relate to all insurance products/services. • Participate in product-related projects or training sessions as required.
