Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PIA P& C Support Specialist (Tier II) in ROCHESTER, New York. As a PIA P& C Support Specialist (Tier II), you will be expected to provide top-notch customer service and support, manage client relations, and handle inquiries related to our property and casualty insurance products. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound customer inquiries and resolve their problems efficiently. • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our suite of products and services, including property and casualty insurance, workers' compensation, ERISA bonds, BOP, and EPLI. • Research and resolve any issues related to our property and casualty products from both internal and external clients. • Utilize our HRIS and Online Reporting System alongside carrier and bureau websites to respond to all client inquiries. • Maintain detail-oriented relations with our clients, insurance carriers, and internal and external clients to ensure satisfaction. • Stay informed about changes in our product offerings, regulatory changes, policy changes, and developments in the insurance industry. • Participate in assigned projects or required training. • Record all internal and external communication accurately. • Place outbound calls as required by the business unit relating to Property & Casualty suite of products and/or the Workers' Compensation Payment Services. • Make recommendations to management about possible enhancements to existing processes and procedures. Requirements • Proficient in Customer Service practices, demonstrating a high level of empathy and understanding towards client needs. • Well-versed in Reporting, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports for various stakeholders. • Experienced in Training, capable of delivering effective training sessions to improve team performance. • Knowledge of Procedures and Policies, ensuring all operations adhere to established regulations and standards. • Comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls and managing Inbound Outbound Calls, maintaining professionalism at all times. • Familiarity with Insurance, specifically in the realms of Property, Bonds, Worker's Compensation, and overall Insurance Industry practices. • Skilled in Website management, ensuring seamless digital experiences for clients. • Strong in Client Relations, building and maintaining positive relationships with all clients. • Expertise in Research Analysis, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. • Ability to work effectively within a Business Unit, contributing to overall team success. • Knowledgeable about HRIS Systems, including software like Paychex, and regulations like the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). • Experience in managing Insurance Carrier relations, liaising between clients and carriers as needed. • Strong External Communication skills, able to effectively convey information to various audiences. • Understanding of Software Application Enhancement, improving system performance and user experience. • Familiarity with Exhibits, able to create compelling displays for presentations or events.
