Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a seasonal diligent and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently. This position involves picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.- **Order Picking:**   - Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.  - Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items are selected as per the order specifications.- **Packing:**  - Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate materials and techniques.  - Label packages accurately with shipping information and ensure all paperwork is completed.- **Inventory Management:**  - Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing regular checks and reporting discrepancies.  - Ensure that products are organized on shelves and restock items as necessary.- **Quality Control:**  - Conduct quality checks on items before packing to ensure they meet company standards.  - Report any damaged or defective items to supervisors promptly.- **Safety and Cleanliness:**  - Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.  - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the packing area and equipment.- **Team Collaboration:**  - Work closely with other team members to achieve daily operational goals.  - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.
