**Hiring for Machine Operators and Picker** **and Packer** **Casa Grande, AZ!** **Pay Rate: -** $17/hour - pay bump to $20/hour after 90 days **Description:** This position is responsible for the set-up, clean up, and production associated with the packing of cream cheese products. Some responsibilities may include: + Operate production line equipment including packers, positive pumps, processors, labelers. + Set up labelers, installing heat seals on products, assembling positive pumps. + Inspecting product for adjustments. + Frequent loading of cups into boxers (twisting wrist and gripping). + Assist with packaging products into boxes for shipping. + Assist other departments with finishing the product at any point of the production line. + The Picker and packer role will be responsible for unloading materials/merchandise from incoming vehicles, packaging product into boxes from the production line, + Locate and move stock of products to pallets or creates for storage or shipment. + Ability to carry up to 40 pounds and transport raw materials to production workstations. **Shift:** + Morning Shift - 6am to 6pm condensed schedule working 12 hour shifts rotating working weekends (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off). + Night Shift 6pm to 6am condensed schedule working 12 hour shifts rotating working weekends (3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off). **Benefits:** + $50 each month for great attendance + Growth opportunities to promote to other departments + Growing facility 401(k) 401(k) 6% Match 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Health insurance + Health savings account + Life insurance + Paid parental leave + Paid time off + Parental leave + Retirement plan + Tuition reimbursement + Vision insurance + 3rd largest Cream Cheese Organization **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
