**Job Title: Picker and Packer** **Job Description** You will be working in the distribution warehouse receiving, storing, selecting, shipping, dispatching, and assisting in the delivery of products. You will be palletizing dried goods (such as flour, sugar, yeast, etc.) from largest size to smallest and loading the trucks. Your responsibilities will also include correctly selecting, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping customers' orders to prepare them for delivery. Safety is paramount as you will be required to safely load trailers, maintain the cleanliness of the entire warehouse, and practice safe food handling procedures. You will participate in and interact with committees such as safety and food committees. You will also be cross-trained in cooler operations and will utilize RF scan guns. Working hours are from 2 pm to 10 pm, but employees may need to work until tasks are completed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
