Job Description
The Kit Packer is responsible for packaging and releasing kits manufactured by our client. The primary duties of this role include working directly from work orders, using a scanner to verify items being pulled, pushing a cart around the facility to pick and box items as listed in work orders. This role also involves setting up kits, inspecting finished products, printing labels, labeling and capping products as necessary, breaking down expired kits, and participating in annual cycle counts. Employees will document their work on spreadsheets and must be able to use a computer to navigate different databases to check and document inventory levels.

Work Environment
Clean medical manufacturing environment, well-lit with comfortable temperatures. Light, easy work. Some products are located in freezers, but gloves are provided. The freezers are like stand-up freezers and there is one larger walk-in freezer where employees occasionally spend 2-5 minutes picking products. The facility resembles a college campus with huge break rooms, areas to play ping pong, workout rooms, etc. The shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with potential for overtime and some Saturday work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
