Job Description
The individuals working in this role will be responsible for picking medical products to be shipped to various locations, primarily hospitals or pharmacies. Upon arrival, they will put a scanner on their wrist, scan the bins on their cart, and follow the system's instructions to pick products from specific locations. Once their bins are full, they will bring them to a staging area for palletizing and shipping. This role involves being on your feet all evening, using a wrist-mounted system to optimize the route for picking items. There is also an opportunity to train and operate a cherry picker or rotate to the shipping area if interested.

Work Environment
The warehouse is very clean, well-organized, and temperature-controlled. The team performs stretches together before each shift. The environment is fast-paced but manageable, with a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork. The shift runs from 7 pm to 3:30 am, with overtime often required until 4-5 am, especially on Sundays and Mondays. The rest of the week typically involves an 8-hour shift with potential for 1-2 hours of overtime.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.85 - $21.85/hr.
