**Job Title: Picker and Packer** **Job Description** Perform duties required to pull and deliver parts for shop and work orders, stock in-house make and vendor receipt parts, process material request and return forms and IRAD replacement requests, perform cycle counts and process customer orders. **Responsibilities** + Pull parts for machine shop and work orders using pick list. + Pick, pack and stage work orders for assembly operation. + Receive parts in from outside vendors according to ISO and other department procedures. + Operate and maintain automated carousel/vertical parts storage system. + Protect parts as required and deliver to the next work center. + Stock in-house make and vendor receipt parts: verify quantities, check for shortages and complete procedure as required. + Process materials return and request forms and IRAD replacement requests as needed. + Pull parts for customer orders and deliver to shipping and receiving department. + Perform cycle counts as required. + Maintain area in a clean and orderly fashion. **Essential Skills** + Experience with packing and packaging. + Proficiency in picking and inventory management. + Ability to use RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High attention to detail. + Team player with good communication skills. + Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function of the position. + Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl regularly. + Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** Join a national company offering a clean, climate-controlled environment with great benefits.
