Responsibilities:
Engage in a variety of tasks related to shipping, receiving, and storage of parts, materials, and products.
Tasks include preparing parts/materials for shipment, effectively packing materials, verifying material quantities, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing stock counts, and relocating parts/materials as needed.
Operate a range of motorized and hand-powered material handling equipment, as well as scales, postage meters, and conveyor systems.
Execute tasks based on printed order copies and other written or verbal instructions.
Utilize computer terminals proficiently.
Maintain accurate records related to shipping, receiving, and truck unloading activities.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday; 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, WMS, and SAP software is highly preferred.
Basic use of arithmetic calculations, reading comprehension, writing, and usage of measuring equipment.
Experience with forklifts, dock trucks, and turret trucks is highly preferred.
Previous warehouse or similar material-handling experience is highly preferred.
