Job details Following a precise series of steps and procedures, the picker is responsible for manually pulling, counting and checking exact quantities of specific items using a packing list (order) as their guide. Typically, a picker is assigned to specific zone(s) of product ? e.g., certificates, medals, pins, ribbons, etc. The picker also may be required ... to stock items in their zone and prep product for more efficient shipment. Pickers are often cross-trained to pick multiple zones as well as to perform other roles or tasks in the warehouse including packing and manifesting. In a typical 8-hour shift, a picker should be able to pick at least 520 lines of items (65/hour)) once trained. Special note: Though bar code scanners are used to scan the zone and order, they are NOT used to count or check items ? this part of the process is strictly manual. Other duties will be assigned as needed

This job will require overtime to include some mandatory weekends in April/May.
