We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Plant based in Pignataro Maggiore (CE).
You will report directly to the Plant Process Engineer Supervisor and - in this role - you will have the following responsibilities:
Support in technical product development by identifying potential specification for improvements.
Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares operation sheets.
Analyze existing production processes and support the development of recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
Collect manufacturing data, calculate and analyze manufacturing KPIs;
Create recipes to set up the lines in order to get better performance;
Develop continuous improvement projects to increase the level of efficiency of the plant.
Who are we looking for?
Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering
Up to 2 years of experience as a process engineer
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Analytical mindset, able to prioritize and manage complex environment
Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious
Office package and SAP good knowledge
Fluency in both Italian and English is a must
