Commercial Pilot’s license with a Single Engine, Land rating 2. 250 hours total logged flight time, any aircraft 3. 20 hours logged time in a single-engine aircraft 4. 50 hours in a Cessna 172 5. Current Class II medical certificate 6. Three take-offs and landings as a sole manipulator of the flight controls in a single-engine aircraft within the previous 90 days. **Employee Class:** U-Unclassified Professional Staff **Advertised Salary Range:** Minimum $60/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications **FTE:** .25 - 1.0 **Position Overview:** KU Aerospace Engineering Department (KUAE) seeks an applicant pool of temporary pilots to fly the department’s Cessna 172. The aircraft will be flown domestically either under the normal category airworthiness certificate or under a special airworthiness certificate in the experimental category.
