Job Description

We have exciting, essential roles for Cell Culture Engineers.  We are looking for team members with various experience levels from new to the industry to expert level as well as leadership to support a client site in the Framingham, MA area.  This team will support routine daily maintenance and management of all lab-based equipment (including coordinating with vendor-supported maintenance per schedule), set-up and maintain small scale and pilot scale bioreactors, and executed Cell Culture studies in the small scale and pilot labs.

QualificationsB.S. degree in science related fieldExperience executing cell culture studies in small scale/pilot labExperience building bioreactors, taking down/washing bioreactors and all associated parts and probesExperience with set-up and maintenance of small scale and pilot scale bioreactorsExperience inoculating, feeding, sampling reactors and shaking flasks, running samples on analytical equipment, compiling data/ resultsExperience maintain cell culture passages Experience calibrating probes, autoclave bioreactors, and batch media asepticallyProficiency navigating online acquisition software (MFCS, DeltaV, ambr) and monitoring trendsExperience with ELN

Additional Information
