Hire Resolve’s client, a Restaurant Group with a collection of bespoke restaurants situated throughout
South Africa, is urgently seeking the expertise of a full-time on-site role for a Pilot POS Technician, located in Cape Town. The Pilot POS Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and technical
support

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Pilot POS systems for clients Provide training and support to clients on how to use the Pilot POS software Conduct regular maintenance and updates on Pilot POS systems Ensure all systems are functioning properly and meeting clients’ needs Collaborate with other team members to address any technical issues or concerns

Requirements:

Understanding of Pilot pos system Pilot HQ experience would be beneficial PLU and RM costing Microsoft operating systems from Windows 10 up until Windows Server 2022 but not limited Ability to build, maintain and repair computers, laptops and servers Strong fundamentals of networking and understanding of WLAN, WAN and LAN environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Pilot POS software or related field Experience working with a variety of POS systems Experience in the retail or hospitality industry Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT NB. Must have a valid driver’s license

Salary: up to R 25 000 per month CTC Includes Medical Aid & Pension Fund Occasional Travel Required – Company reimburse per km
