Introduction
EMEIA One PIM is our chosen tailored Product Information Management solution. The EMEIA One PIM vision is to simplify the sharing of product information and facilitate high-quality data via one common source of truth, in a cost-efficient manner.
To meet the growing demand for One PIM and help scale up the successful delivery of the One PIM Programme, the EMEIA division is looking to appoint a EMEIA ONE PIM support team within EMEIA to provide support, enhancement and business continuity of One PIM while being actively engaged in the rollouts of One PIM across all markets to drive successful implementations and best PIM adoption.
Principal Responsibilities:
+ Support the EMEIA One PIM program in driving a lean delivery and alignment across business related priorities and initiatives.
+ Providing support to the existing businesses in BAU
+ Support the rollout of the One PIM program across the market regions in collaboration with the EMEIA One PIM Team.
Scope
Support the EMEIA ONE PIM application landscape and related program activities with application development, deployment activities, testing, maintenance and operational support
High Level Roles&Responsibilities
Governance support model for the EMEIA One PIM program with:
+ Operations and Support including monitoring and maintenance excellence based on ITIL best practice
+ Development expertise including design, change and deployment activities
Areas of Responsibilities
+ Development - Application
+ Ensuring business continuity by guaranteeing system availability and that changes are developed responsibly and fully tested before implementation
+ Design high-quality solutions that are secure, self-maintaining and resilient
+ Perform the first level of impact analysis, confirm the resolution and implement the permanent solution as approved by Purchaser.
+ Together with the support of the EMEIA One PIM team make sure that the IT and business teams demonstrate best practice to maintain high data quality standards.
This includes:
+ Creating the initial design.
+ Provide detailed task breakdown with workload estimates.
+ Perform peer code reviews.
+ Support the during the different testing phases (e.g. Dev, Test and UAT)
+ Design the production operational requirements.
+ Perform performance review on changed or newly implemented solutions, and champion subsequent improvements through the change process.
+ Detailed handover to the appropriate support organisation.
+ Robust unit testing.
+ Embrace the cross-functional and matrix management working culture within EMEIA IT.
+ Foster an environment of trust, openness, collaboration, and mutual support.
+ Ensure all deliverables are in line with EMEIA IT standards, governance, and strategy framework.
+ Advocate and contribute to the implementation of the overall EMEIA IT strategy.
+ Ensure development adheres to ASSA ABLOY security standards and guidelines on protocol choices.
+ Ensure development adheres to GDPR and other regional regulations and requirements.
+ Ensure the solutions are self-maintaining and do not require AMS intervention for normal operations (including business data failures, replaying a message etc).
Work with the Solution Architects, Steam Leads and Business stakeholders to ensure the solution meets all requirements and is developed to the expected specification.
+ Operations – Support
+ Providing support the businesses in BAU and to drive rollouts of the EMEIA One PIM solution across the division
+ Based on ITIL framwork, perform Incident, service requests and problem management
+ Support the deliveries in close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that services are delivered at expected quality of service and security standards to meet business expectations
+ Proactively work with service improvements activities and process improvements related to defined scope to improve quality of the services within the scope
+ Strive to provide cost-efficiency and automation as part the ongoing quality and cost-efficiency activities
+ Report on services measured by Service Delivery KPI´s or other Indicators and in compliance to EMEIA policies and directives
+ To validate deliveries of root cause analysis for problem tickets and incidents
+ Update KBA, review and improve Work Instructions for related deliveries
+ Ensure that RCA's are good quality and that solutions are provided and implemented as an outcome to those RCAs
+ Ensure the monitoring is as effective as possible by optimizing quality of service and cost-efficiency.
+ Product related issues to be escalated to Informatica Product Support team.
+ Managing deployment & release process
Required skills
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Informatica PIM / Product 360
+ Strong knowledge in designing and implementing PIM solutions
+ Strong knowledge on PIM Desktop/PIM Web tool.
+ 3 Years’ experience with configuring PIM import & export interfaces, BPM.
+ 3 Years’ experience with custom Data Quality (DQ) rule configuration through Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
+ 3 Years’ experience with Design and development of workflows
+ Good understanding of Repository Changes, Custom View Creation
+ Should be knowledgeable in Java, Web services, DB fundamentals and PIM services API
+ Experience PIM administration and Implementing PIM upgrades
+ Sound knowledge of formal software release and deployment management.
+ IT Service Management experience from Service Catalogue, Request Fulfillment, Change, Incident, Problem, Service Level and Configuration Management.

+ Experience in working in a global organisation with geographically dispersed, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
+ Shows a driven and pro-active approach, staying on top of the issues and following up rigorously.
