Job Description

Assist pipefitters in the installation, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of mechanical piping systems. Perform a variety of tasks essential to the overall project. Must have previous pipe fitting experience.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the installation, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical piping systems.Support pipefitters in fabricating and repairing piping systems.Perform layout, assembly, and installation of piping for water distribution systems.Secure pipes to structures using brackets, clamps, or hangers.Measure, cut, thread, and assemble new pipes.Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation requirements.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in pipe fitting.Ability to measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes.Knowledge of piping systems and installation techniques.Experience in using tools such as brackets, clamps, and hangers.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in welding and brazing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Physical ability to perform the required tasks.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00
