**Job Title: Pipe Welder/Fitter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Pipe Welder/Fitter with at least 3 years of experience in welding, blueprint reading, and metal fabrication. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mig and stick welding and have a strong aptitude in fitting and fabricating metal components, particularly pipes. The role requires the ability to use a tape measure, pass a basic math test, and perform precise metal fabrication tasks on railings, beams, doors, and frames. **Responsibilities** + Perform Mig and stick welding on heavy steel products such as doors and railings. + Read blueprints to fabricate metal parts and components. + Use tape measures and pass basic math tests focused on fractions. + Run presses and shears to bend and punch products. + Conduct stick and pipe welding on heavy steel products. + Grind and bend products using shears and press brakes. + Perform metal fabrication on various types of metals, primarily doors, frames, and railings. + Build platforms on-site. + Install railings, frames, and doors at the worksite. + Read and interpret drawings to fix and build metal components such as frames, doors, and railings. **Essential Skills** + 3 years of experience in Mig and stick welding. + 3 years of blueprint reading for metal fabrication. + 3 years of fitting and fabrication experience specific to metal pipes. + Proficiency in using tape measures and basic math skills. + Ability to run presses and shears for bending and punching products. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No certifications required. + Ability to pass a 6-G pipe test and a stick welding test. **Why Work Here?** This is a great long-term opportunity.
