Pipefitter
Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. The Pipefitter will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and maintenance of piping systems in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and drawings, as well as using specialized tools to cut, thread, and weld pipes.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, and maintain piping systems (both high-pressure and low-pressure) in various settings, such as construction sites, plants, and manufacturing facilities.Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the correct type and size of pipe, fittings, and fixtures needed.Measure, cut, thread, bend, and join pipes using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment (e.g., welding machines, pipe benders, threading machines).Inspect piping systems for leaks, corrosion, and other signs of wear, and make necessary repairs or replacements.Perform welding, soldering, and brazing tasks to join metal components when required.Ensure all piping systems are installed in compliance with local and national codes and safety standards.Work with other trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, laborers) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00
